Whilst at university, I took part in the creation of the monthly 
university magazine.​ In my first and second year, I was designing an article once or twice a month. In my final year, I become Head of Design for the magazine, giving me a glimpse of graphic design outside of university - working with tight deadlines, organising briefs, managing a small team of student designers and setting up the magazine for print as well as running workshops and tutorials.

 

This was also a project where I could have fun and experiment with multiple design styles such as collage, illustration, type and even photography, as well as collaborating with other student designers and photographers.
